Clarity, Growth & Connection.
Meditation, breathwork and mindful movement show me how. How to soften, how to listen, how to take things one breath at a time.
It is an ongoing lesson, and the essence of what I share when I teach. That there's no rush, no end goal or target, other than self-awareness.
When I signed up for my first yoga training, I wanted simply to learn and to deepen my own practice. But I soon found myself offering stretches for colleagues' sore backs, breathwork to soothe anxiety, and meditation exercises to help them focus. It felt good to help.
I saw firsthand what these practical, accessible techniques could do in a workplace. After years in PR, communications and investment consultancy, experiencing the pressure of those environments from the inside, the idea for my company took root.
Now, as a corporate wellbeing consultant, I work with inspiring and forward-thinking businesses in London and beyond, bringing the benefits of ancient practices to modern workplaces.
I believe we hold within our bodies our own best teacher. If we slow down and pay attention, we just might hear its guidance.
