A Moment To Pause

Meditation, Breathwork & Yoga

Sustainable Working

Restoring Balance

Workplace wellbeing is the provision of activities that enhance the physical, mental, and emotional health of employees. It is a holistic approach which looks beyond simply preventing issues, instead focusing on how to proactively help employees feel, and thus perform, at their best.

Meditation, breathwork and mindful movement are an impactful addition to any workplace wellbeing programme. They offer people a moment to pause and learn techniques to better take care of themselves.

Practising with colleagues also promotes social connection, helping to foster a more inclusive working environment and a healthy company culture.

Regular Wellbeing Classes

The benefits of meditation, breathwork and mindful movement can be noticed after just one session, but regular classes can really make a difference to an employee’s health, satisfaction and resilience.

Options include:

  • Meditation & Breathwork — These mindfulness sessions provide a gentle and approachable ‘way in’ to meditation and breathwork. A variety of techniques and exercises help to cultivate positive states of mind (gratitude, relaxation, concentration, energy) whilst dramatically decreasing stress levels.

  • Chair-based yoga — A low-intensity, more inclusive style of yoga that is performed sitting or standing whilst using a chair for support. It targets the typical postural imbalances of desk workers and requires less space, time and equipment.

  • Vinyasa Flow yoga — A mat-based flowing style of yoga designed to align body, mind and breath. It is adapted to suit all levels and helps to increase flexibility, strength and balance.
